Skeptical when it comes to salespersons and car lots, but I got out of the car and looked around. I was approached by Booker. He had all the qualities of a salesperson but with that southern hospitality. He wasn't aggressive yet complete in describing the advantages and disadvantages that would match an elderly lady such as myself. He made me very comfortable in making my decision. I will be returning. I will also tell my family, friends, and neighbors about my experience. Thanks, Booker, for making my experience very pleasant!

They gave me a contract on a new vehicle and even took a deposit from me. After I wait for the vehicle and it comes in, they say they made a mistake and it is $4,000 more than agreed. They will not honor the contract and are not honest people.

This dealerships service department is the best and I would tell anyone to come here. We broke down on our way to Florida at 4:30 on a Friday with no brakes. We made it to the dealership by god's luck as we were using the emergency brakes. The service manager was wonderful. He drove us to a hotel to spend the night and did an emergency fix on our brakes next day on a Saturday. They had to go pick up our parts due to we have a Nissan truck so they could do the work. Me and my family drove here to shop for a car, that we saw on their website, a mazada. When we arrived there they couldn't find the car or the key, and it turns out they didn't even have the vehicle. We looked at more cars and finally found a car. The car had no spare key and it was closing ours so we could not have a free key made. So we had to pay for our own key later on.

I would avoid this dealer. Seems like a other used car dealer with pretty paint. Car wouldn't turn over. Creepy people. No. Don't think so. Keep on moving....

Very deceptive way of advertising using the Internet. Below picture of jeep said $33,500. FINAL PRICE. But in disclaimer at the bottom said 2000 down had to be paid first (making final price $35500.) l Personally told owner of what I thought of that way of doing business and bought my jeep somewhere else

Fixed a check engine issue in less than 30 minutes for less than 1/3 of what the Tallahassee Jeep dealer wanted to charge. These guys are great!

I've been buying/trading cars since 1967. Johnny and Wayne made this the easiest, fastest best car buying experience I've ever had bar none. Got what I wanted at a price that we were very satisfied with in a short period of time. I liked the pervious owner but the new one I thing I'll like even more. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Pappadakis. One of our purchases was a used Jeep and the other was a new Dodge truck. They were both listed on the internet. Their prices were lower than any dealer within 100 miles. Both vehicles were exactly as represented on the internet. I will always go to Pappadakis first.

The owner is a pathetic little xxxxx. And they take advantage of people who knows nothing about a car.( My girlfriend). They charged her 600+ to fix a radiator problem, now the problem is back and they saying it not the radiator, it's this and that. Going to this place almost two years. All good. This time went for oil change and tire rotation. Oil change went ok. The rotation not so well. They couldn't get the wheel locks off (damaged one). They didn't tell me they didn't do the work and charged me for the completed job anyway. I caught it and got a partial refund. Called the management about the incident but they won't take the call or call back. Too bad.

This business has the worst customer service and I would not recommend this business to anyone, please do not spend your money there! The maintenance department is a joke and they over charge for repairs that are not needed.
